Medial thigh lift
The medial thigh lift is designed to remove excess skin of the inner thighs. This is the most common region of the thigh to demonstrate skin laxity. The skin incisions are designed so as to hide resulting scars within the bikini line. This procedure may be performed in combination with liposuction of the thighs for optimal contour improvement.
For more extensive skin laxity of the inner thigh, a vertical incision along the inner thigh may be required for optimal skin reduction.
