Fractional Erbium Skin Resurfacing
Fractional erbium skin rejuvenation using the Palomar starlux 500 is designed to improve the appearance of wrinkled, aging, sun damaged skin by creating multiple, microscpic, thermal columns within the skin that in turn, stimulate collagen and elastin. These microbeams deliver energy up to 1mm deep into the skin and allow for minimal downtime and reduced risks, of scarring and pigmentation problems.
The most commonly treated areas include the face, neck, chest, and hands. Other treatment areas of the body can discussed upon consultation with Dr. Keusch or Sara Levene ARNP, BC. Patients most often need 3-6 treatments performed 4-6 weeks apart.
